1. Why can't I use the periodic billing system?

In order to access the periodic billing system you need to submit a request to webmaster@epssecurenet.com . Then your account will be reviewed and your account will be updated.

2. How do I add new users to the periodic billing system?

1) Setup a 'Billing Plan'.
2) Click on the 'Add Member' link next to the billing plan you wish to add a member to.
3) Fillin the form with the customers information and set the when you would like biling for that account to begin.
4) After reviewing this information, click on the add member button located at the bottom of the form.

3. Can I add new members from my website?

Yes, we have provided two methods to choose from.
1) A link is provided above each of the billing plans. By clicking on this link a new link is created for that billing plan which you can add to your website and will allow users to be added to that billing plan from your website.

2) If you wish to use your own payment forms to collect the customer information before submitting the transaction to EPSSecurenet, you can the following fields to your payment form:

The customer will be charged the amount associated with the payment plan, even if another transaction amount is submitted.
