1. What can I download from SecurenetAdmin?

You can download all the EPSSecurenet User and Getting Started Guides, Third-Party shopping Cart modules and Example code.

2. Do I need any special software?

Yes, you will need a WinZip file extractor. You can download WinZip at www.winzip.com.

You will also need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. which is available at www.adobe.com.

3. Why do some transaction get declined when I use the test Credit Card Numbers?

The test credit card numbers only authorize a transaction amount under $10.00 . Any amount over that will produce a DECLINED error stating, INV TEST CARD.

* These test cards will only work if your merchant account is setup to except these card types.

5. Can I use random information for testing?

Yes, but we suggest when it comes to the Credit Card number, using the test cards numbers we have provided. This is beacause our transacton system will see wired credit card numbers as customer error transactions and you will be charged the transactions fee for those transactions.
